Great location next to train station, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast with cooked options, beautiful Christmas decorations.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. the location was superb, with everything within walking distance. the staff were extremely kind and attentive, especially one man who could speak multiple languages. We didn't have to worry about transportation as the hotel provided a transport card. the room was nice and cosy, and the breakfast had a lot of choices. It was our third time staying there for a business trip and we will definitely choose to stay there again.

The room we were given was a bit small and didn't match the one we saw on the website. the lack of air conditioning made the room hot and stuffy, and we couldn't open the windows at night due to noise.

Quirky and fairly clean place with a friendly reception. Kind, courteous staff members were depending on the staff member. The hotel had a very central setting close to the train station.

We had the most pleasant few days there. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful, everything was very good. Cosy rooms with great beds and delightful views. The property had a central location and it was a few steps away from Charles Ii.

We had a fantastic stay here in this city. The hotel is located right next to the main train station, which made it extremely convenient for transportation. We only had to walk a short distance to catch buses, trams, and trains. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive. The staff was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, which were in great condition. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and stress-free experience.

Breakfast was adequate, incredibly beautiful views, perfect location really close to bustops to the Airport and the center of Geneva. Everything was really good, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly. The room was functional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, loved it.

The reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting me with my check-out and patiently counting my coins. The room was comfortable and conveniently located, with an unbeatable view of the train station. The soundproofing was impressive, as I couldn't hear any noise from outside or from the trains. The hotel's central location made it the perfect starting point for exploring the city. Plus, the free transit pass provided easy access to the entire city, including the airport. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

Great location, just a few steps away from the train station and close to the lake and bus station. Convenient for a short stay. Friendly and helpful staff who provided useful information and free public transportation passes. the room was comfortable, with amenities like a tea kettle, mini bar, and robes.

Some rooms had a separate entrance that felt dark and dismal, not ideal for solo travelers, especially at night. the hotel could benefit from a renovation, as it felt a bit old throughout.
